At Yune Lebanon, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. However, we understand that situations may arise, and this Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle such cases.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless the item received is defective or damaged. This is due to the limited, curated nature of our inventory.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as expected, we are happy to resolve the issue in accordance with the following procedure:
Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Include clear photos of the defect or damage.

Describe the issue clearly in your email.

Include your order number, full name, and contact details.
Once we review and verify the claim, we will offer you the following options:

Replacement of the defective item, subject to availability.

Refund to your original payment method, if replacement is not possible.
Claims made after 5 business days or without sufficient evidence (e.g., clear photos) may not be honored.
Exemptions
We do not consider the following as valid reasons for returns or refunds:

Slight color differences due to screen resolution or lighting.

Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).

General change of mind after the order is placed.
Yune Lebanon reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria.
